How To Transfer Itunes Libraries From Old Computer To New Computer?

I merely purchased a untried personal and installed iTunes. My songs are from limewire and I do not know how to transfer libraries.
Someone told me that you can save the songs on a flashdrive from the old personal and then load them on to the untried computer. But I deleted my iTunes account on the old personal so today I do not know what to do.

ummm load all your songs onto your ipod.. then once you do that download off of Google ipod copy and use that.. it will sync with your ipod and will allow you to download onto itunes on another computer
